The Bid Process
| 1. | Submit a paper copy to both the Seneschal and Exchequer on or before the closing date. Keep a copy for yourself. Applications need to be signed. The application is not meant to be an on-line form. |
| 2. | If the Seneschal or the Exchequer have any questions, they will go back to the Applicant(s) for clarification. |
| 3. | Application(s) go to all the Canton Officers for their review. |
| 4. | If the Officers have any questions or need clarification from the Applicant(s), it is down at this time. |
| 5. | Final bid goes to the populace. |
| 6. | Applicant(s) present their bid(s) to the populace at a regular meeting. |
| 7. | After the presentation(s), the populace vote by secret ballot on their choice of bid. Voting is Regular Voting not Australian. The choice will be the number of applications plus one called None meaning that you do not like any of the choices. |
| 8. | Voting is limited to paid members 12 years and older. Voting can be done by email. |
| 9. | If there is a tie, the populace vote again. |
| 10. | This process from the closing date to final voting is a maximum of six weeks. |
