I enjoy having many friends, talking to others and joining groups.  I like sharing my thoughts and views.  Being with people uplifts me.  That is, I work best when I can network with others.  I am good at understanding and leading people.  I have few problems figuring out the moods and feelings of others and communicating with them.  Often, I can solve their personal conflicts.  I enjoy being involved in team activities rather than individual activities.  I learn best by sharing, comparing, relating, cooperating and interviewing.  I usually talk over my personal problems with a friend.  This intelligence allows me to understand others quite well and to work effectively with them.
