Massage therapy is the hands-on manipulation of tissue to promote increased circulation, decrease muscle tension, help the systems of the body to function more efficiently, and to increase the over-all health and feeling of well-being of the body.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1990, and am a member in good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Ontario Massage Therapists Association, since 1992.

I bring to you over 10 years of "hands on" experience in the practice of massage therapy.

As a massage therapist, my focus is on your general well being, stress and tension reduction, motor vehicle and sports related injuries.

30 minute massage - $45

60 minute massage - $75

90 minute massage - $100
